⚠️ Important Update (Effective February 2025):
Maryland no longer uses “Level 2” terminology. All RSAs are technically licensed under the skilled category. However — if your agency does not include full skilled policies (such as Medication Administration, Provision of Skilled Services, Internal and External Nutrition, and others) you will be limited in what skilled services you can provide when applying for Medicaid.
